Flat Panel TV Cable Organizer Kit with Power Receptacle

I'm looking for a TV wall mounting cable organizer with power receptacle similar to the one in the link below. It doesn't have to be that same brand. This gives me a way to plug the TV into a surge protector.

Bump?

I'm having someone install a basic tv mount - I'm willing to pay for the service so the tv is level and secured properly rather than trying to figure it out myself and or get the help of friends.

However, I am looking to install a power bridge on my own later. It seems easy enough to cut open 2 holes and feed the cables through.

I might buy the power bridge from the installer (and install it myself); alternatively.. I might get it on my own. The installer is offering a low profile version for $90.

I'm having difficulty finding this in big box stores.. FS/BB have tv bridges for $140 http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/arl ... 00c686en02 and I dont' think it's worth the $50 premium for the "chance" that I need to bring it back.

Does anyone know if I can get a low profile one for less than $90? If not.. I'll just get it from the installer.

Thanks,
