Flip Flop sofa bed (Durham Region)

I'm looking for a flip flop sofa bed; for those of you not familiar with these, they are essentially a pull-out couch, but made of foam instead of having spring mattress. Not looking for a futon, though.

I found one at Ikea, but it was rubbish. I found some at Sears and the Brick, but they were ridiculously expensive.

If anyone in Durham happens to see one of these at a smaller furniture store, I'd very much appeciate knowing. Thanks.

Revival of old thread. I'm looking at futons...but, curious about these things. Where is this picture from? I guess an online retailer?
Did either of you eventually find any of these somewhat locally?
