According to no-non-rfd-referrals-no-free-money-thre ... ons-97404/
What IS a freebie?
Something which a person can acquire with zero cost to them. The deal could be ordered online, by phone, or in person, but there must be no charge for the item or for the shipping of the item. The only exception is transportation costs of getting to the deal if it is an in-person deal.

What ISN'T a freebie?
- deals that require a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope)
- free with purchase
- only pay shipping
- contests
These "almost free"bies are better posted in the Hot Deals forum, and contests have their own dedicated forum now.

There needs to be a forum like "Alright Deals" or "Meh, deals".
