I just got this in my email...
From our initial launch earlier this year, we have been committed to providing you affordable food deals for your family. Since then, big things have been in the works at Foodscrooge. We have recently been acquired by WagJag.com, a division of Torstar. This is an excellent company with a large consumer base and amazing employees that are going to usher us in to the next level of our commitment to providing you with the greatest and most affordable deals possible.
We would like to thank you for using our service over the past six months that we have been active. It has been a pleasure to provide you with the deals that you need and we hope that you enjoyed them as much as we have.
Beginning next Monday, we will be offering all of our deals from our new and exciting home, WagJag Grocery. We are committed to making this new site as seamless and easy to use as Foodscrooge has been. You will need to create a new account with WagJag, if you don’t already have one. If you run into any problems, we now have an even bigger customer support team that is ready to handle any questions that you might have.
This coming Monday, Foodscrooge.com will no longer be featuring new deals. We will however keep it active, in order for you to access your account and observe your previous purchases. You will be prompted with a re-direct to the new website, but will have access to skip this in order to observe your account.
Once again, we would like to thank you for your help in making our company grow the way it has. We could not have taken this next leap without the devoted customer base that we have acquired. It has been a pleasure serving you with Foodscrooge, and we hope to see you on board with WagJag Grocery!

Never bought one of these deals and not really interested, but, I find it really annoying how the "grocery" stuff over takes the deal aggregation sites like Dealradar. They really should put the grocery stuff in a totally different section
