[Delta.com] FREE 12 Starwood (SPG) or US Airways Miles or Delta Skymiles from Audience Rewards

More offers from Delta.com
If you need a few points or want to keep your SPG/ US Airways/Delta account active, this is an easy way:

What it is: PointsPlay - Answer Broadway-related questions usually worth 2 SPG points each.
There are typically 6 questions each time they refresh it so that’s 12 SPG points each time.

The steps (for SPG for example):
 1. Go to Audience Rewards - https://www.audiencerewards.com/SPGonBroadway/ - and click on ‘Earn Starpoints Instantly’
 2. In a separate tab open up http://inacents.com/2013/07/19/audience ... e-7-19-13/ which is a blog that posts the answers when the questions are changed, about every 2 weeks. Note that the related posts at bottom of the page will list the latest page of questions if you need to find it.
 3. Go back to the first tab and click on “ANSWER IT!”. Select the right answer based on the one posted on the forum.
 4. It will then ask you to register with audiencerewards.com. Just enter your SPG number and some other basic details. You can put in a dummy zipcode or your postal code.
 5. Click on Answer It! for each of the questions - use answers on website in step 2
 6. In about 2-4 weeks the points will post to your SPG account.
 7. Check audiencerewards.com or the inacents forum every 2 weeks for new questions and repeat.

Thanks!

I'm new to this, and just received my SPG card about a month ago.

I followed your links and got the 12 points, but I also filled out the "About You" section after signing up, and received another 67 points for updating my preferences.

I'm now up to 79 points... Not bad for about 5 minutes work!

From their home page, I see Edit Profile, but I don’t see “About You” link. Where did you see it?

I also see United Plus, which OP did not mention. I have both SPG and United. I’m assuming I can create two Audience accounts and earn 12 points for both programs?

Oops, the united link doesn’t seem to allow you to earn that 12 points

As soon as I clicked on the link in my confirmation email to activate my account, I saw this:

The direct link should be https://www.audiencerewards.com/redeemc ... stions.cfm <-- You will have to log in to continue.

I didn't try the "PointsPlay" quiz below. (3-50 points per question)

The PointsPlay is what my OP is about so you did try it... :D - I'll clarify my post. I didn't realize they may have harder/special questions for more points.

Audience Rewards - the first website I point to - is about earning points when buying Broadway tickets and they're the ones that run the PointsPlay trivia program which also links to partners' programs such as SPG.

Thx for the link to the extra 67 pts! I'll add it to the OP.

Yes, it seems AudienceRewards has other partners such as BestBuy and United but you can only earn Delta, US Airways or SPG points thru the PointsPlay trivia program.

I know it was mentioned on another website that you should create separate AudienceRewards accounts using different email addresses if you want to earn points for both Delta and SPG, for example.

unfortunately, because I need to keep my United mile active.
For the specific bi-weekly question which can earn you star point directly, I understand. What about the point from “About You”? Would I be able to earn United point if I answer those questions? Because on my profile, my preference is reward miles, not the audience point.

I think you would earn United points for the About You questions if you have United as the partner program.

The Points/miles earning preferences terms and conditions state:
In order to earn partner miles or points, you must join Audience Rewards and then register your partner membership number as part of your profile. Members may only earn one currency per transaction and the currency selected as the member's preference at the time of the performance will apply. To receive partner points for ticket purchases to participating shows, you must enter your Audience Rewards number into the designated field in the authorized ticketing system when purchasing tickets to participating shows.

Members choosing to earn SPG Starpoints, Amtrak Guest Rewards points, or Delta SkyMiles miles in the place of Audience Rewards points will receive a standard incentive of 100 points/miles per ticket purchased to a participating Broadway show and 50 points/miles per ticket purchased to an Off-Broadway, touring or regional shows. Additional bonus points may apply above and beyond the standard partner incentive. All sales of tickets are subject to the no refund/no exchange policy of the ticketing venue and ticketing company.

All Audience Rewards program rules and all partner program rules apply. Offers are void where prohibited by law and subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply. In the event that a partner currency is not longer available to Audience Rewards members, currency preference will automatically be changed to Audience Rewards ShowPoints.
To switch partners, edit your profile and then select another partner such as United and enter your United number.

Oops! :o

I thought your post ‘Earn Starpoints Instantly’ was a portion of the PointsPlay program (where we can cheat and get the answers) ;)

I still haven't clicked on the link where they claim to offer 3-50 points per answer, and don't know if it will
redirect to the Audience Rewards website, but it sure would be nice if we can get the answers for those as well.

I believe if you click on the Pointsplay link, you'll end up at the 6 questions you already answered...only one way to find out... :) If you get different questions, you can just google for answers.

edit: Inacents has a very detailed webpage on AudienceRewards and a FAQ about AR and this Q/A may answer your question:
Q How come there are different questions when I click on Points Play at the Audience Rewards website?

How are you accessing the questions? Are you going to AudienceRewards.com and clicking on Points Play to access the trivia questions, or are you accessing each of the partner pages (Delta, US Airways, etc.) and clicking on each of their Points Play links? Audience Rewards has tons of questions they offer to ONLY earn Audience Rewards points, and these are accessed on their Point Play home page. You need to make sure you go to each of the individual partner Points Play pages to access their respective questions.
