Bump, first client tried hosting illegal content. Please know this is not allowed, and servers are heavily monitored.

I think he meant it as a joke, since you stated in the title "99.9% Uptime guarantee".

Aha very funny guys. You'll like our servers and network, we currently have a few RFD members using our services and support. Feel free to contact us via support tickets with questions or any support you might need.

Your emails ended up in the spam folder on Gmail. You should probably change your mail server IP.

You may want to adjust your copyright information in your footer as the design is clearly not yours.

Well, I didn't mean to trash his thread or anything since I know of several awesome hosts who started by themselves at home. I just found it offensive that he called out his "first client" for illegal content when he does it very much himself as well.

I'd like to state that the client wasn't my first client, I have had clients before him. I've edited the copyright, and yes I'm using that theme. That theme does not change or look down upon my services or servers at all, and is merely an image of the company. I took down that clients website as it had malware on it, breaking the ToS. Furthermore, yes, I am at home but I have the dedication to my business as you've said you know many home based web hosting companies providing great services.
Thanks for the input.

I don't need webhosting but I would be concerned about your business model. How long can free last? I would expect to be looking for a new webhost very soon. If you charge a minimal fee people will have more confidence in your business. Just saying.

I don't usually interrupt in other threads but I don't think you have any grounds to say anything of this sort. Its easy for you to simply insult like this you have no idea what it takes to offer services like this and for free. That image was just a sample image left from our designer and it was removed once the coding was done. The BBB is a scam and they wanted us to give them 790$ for what they called a "Fee", or in other words a bribe for good grade. We simply won't do business with an organization that requests bribes for a good review and we don't want to have anything to do with them. Frankly I am personally saddened that users still use them to judge companies. Although I don't really want to get into this I just wanted to make things clear for you.

As for this particular member (and web host) I would say give him a chance. Its not easy offering this type of service or support but your not paying anything so you might as well enjoy a great freebie.
Although your offering the same type of services we don't think of you as a competitor please don't hesitate to contact me if you need any experienced advice.
Best regards,
