Free Delivery For Home Appliances? Which Stores Offer This?

When looking for a new smooth top oven range (with a $450-500 budget) in the Markham area, is our best bet to try some of the smaller local appliance shops (maybe Quan's or Billa Appliances, etc?) and ask them if they can better the best boxing week prices of the big box stores and then offer us free delivery, as well? Is there a store in the Markham area other than Leon's that is known for offering free local delivery on top of already good/ competitive prices? Are there any places that people can recommend that will take to bargaining for better prices well below the listed/ flyer sale prices when cash payment is offered on the spot?

Expanded version:

We're looking to get a new oven/ range to replace our 32+ year old one that's not worth repairing at this point.

We're not looking to spend much though (around $450 - $500 tops after tax) since we expect to move out of the house we're in now (leaving all of the appliances in it) within the next few years. So I'm just looking for something very basic in a new stove, something that will get us through these next few years or so, hassle free. Really, the only stipulation at this time is that it be a smooth top stove. A Self Cleaning feature isn't a necessity either (although I assume it would probably be a little better to have when it comes time to sell the house).

I'm located in Markham, Ontario, so I've been searching all of the nearby stores for boxing day/week deals and trying to find places that will deliver for free (which I'm hoping would include removal of the old appliance, as well), otherwise I know we'd be looking at having to pay a big chunk of the budget on the delivery/ removal fees, alone.

Through all of the research I've done so far, Leon's is the only place I've come across that states "Includes Local Delivery" next to many of their appliance prices, but they don't have anything less than $499 ( ... 67968.aspx) which would take us well over the $500 budget.

Other than that, the 1st of these two GE models seems to be our best bet as far as current sales go (the only difference between the two, it seems, is that one doesn't offer a self clean function and the 2nd one does):

1. GE 5 Cu. Ft. Easy Clean Smooth Top Range - White

- Billa: $398 (doesn't actually clarify if this is the model in their flyer - but it looks like it is)
