You beat me to it, IDStorms! I would just add that the following is displayed when you complete the Star/OK! signup process. I entered all fake US address/name info but used my Zinio email address on the form.

Let us know if you actually receive the magazines. I got a signup offer that if I bought a magazine from their select list of fashion titles, that I'd be receiving this. Not sure if they have to have you in their system as already purchasing that title previously.
EDIT: I received an email this morning notifying me that I had received my reward. I went and filled in the info (same page that was linked) and just now received both copies on zinio - so it was a fast turnaround (9 hours).
