T&T Supermarket in lower mainland is running promotion giving away Disney on Ice on 24th in PNE. Tickets are all sold out in lower level for every show.

I got a set of ticket from there for VIP section last week. Went and check local Surrey T&T still have about 90 pairs of ticket as Sunday.

All you need is receipt between Oct 10th ~ Nov 5th with each receipt minimum of $50 totaling $500.
