Free Kindle Web Design e-Books (no Kindle required - can read on PC)
Amazon often offers books for Kindle free for a limited time. Usually only one day. So, if you want it, get it now. They'll probably be free again, but it's once every month or so.
Having a Kindle isn't required - You can get a Kindle Reader for your PC
I have all of these except the PHP one. They're pretty good for beginners. You can probably find tutorials for free online, but it's nice to have everything in one place.
Robin Nixon's HTML & HTML5 Crash Course: Learn HTML5 in 20 Easy Lessons
Robin Nixon's JavaScript Crash Course: Learn JavaScript in 14 easy lessons
Robin Nixon's PHP Crash Course: Learn PHP in 14 easy lessons
Robin Nixon's CSS & CSS3 Crash Course: Learn CSS in 16 Easy Lessons
Please pay attention before buying! Make sure the price is $0.00. It will probably be free today only.

Thanks OP, got all books except the one for PHP. PHP is not cool anymore, no point in wasting time learning it...Node.js, Ruby On Rails and Python are the new hype.

The guy is a very experienced writer (at least that's what I learned from the preface to one of the books). His style is excellent, after I read these books I may consider buying one another topic. Writing code is not like reading the bible, there is no bible, yes there is a reference but reading the reference is like reading a foreign language dictionary.
