I just redeemed Road and Track and the whole site changed a lot. How do I change my address? Before I had to log in at some customer service page. Now I'm auto logged in with an American address? Do I just change it there? My current subscription ends with the May 2013 issue.
You change your address by first logging in to Road & Track customer service page with the USA address you entered when you redeemed the Recyclebank reward code.

Login and change the addresses of the 2 accounts to the same CAD address. Some publishers automatically merge duplicate accounts (ie accounts with the same name/address) into one account but I would call Maxim (see FAQ linked below for link to websites/phone numbers) and ask them to merge the 2 accounts into one.

edit: my mistake - Taste of Home is a Zinio digital sub - I'll add it to the Free Zinio mag thread....

I was going to pass on this mag, but after checking out their website, I changed my mind!
Besides the fact that it's another Bonnier publication (they have a lot of great magazines)

Man, I really should pay more attention to the mags that I previously requested and still haven't switched to Canada! :o

"Our records show that your last order was placed on Jan. 18, 2013 for 8 issues..."

To think, I could have already started receiving this one... I wonder if they will auto stack them?

Yes they do - I have a note in my subscription s/s for Sound & Vision that my 2nd sub auto stacked/merged into the first after I changed the 2nd account to my CAD address.

Sorry if this has already been answered....
Some of these free/cheap magazine subscriptions arrive in a manilla envelope, and seem to be sent from an individual. There is no mailing address on the magazine itself. What gives?

happened to the first issues I received from some hearst publications, it could be that the original adress received and returned the mags, then they send it to the new adress

The first issue of your sub sometimes arrives that way. Just my guess - It seems that the subscription/publishing agency manually mails the first issue until your sub gets into the 'mailing label' process. The next issue will be send the usual 'mailing label on the mag' way.

See my Free Economist link below for info on contacting The Economist by phone. You can't do an online address change if you subscribed thru RewardsGold/M2.

Do you happen to know how long the subscriptions from Rewardsgold take to kick in? I ordered a few, but never received an email confirmation.

revlis - it's in the linked post, as Buffy states - 3 to 5 weeks but it's up to you how early/often you check...
RewardsGold never sends email confirmations.

no problem - it's a very good mag, but I think I need to retire to have the time to read it from cover to cover!
I try to find time to at least read 1 or 2 articles that catch my eye each week.

Free subs from Mercury Magazines thru RewardSurvey:
  • Inc
  • Fast Company
  • Forbes
  • Latina
  • Playboy
  • Outside
  • Poder and Vanidades (Spanish)
  • AFAR
  • Golf Week
  • ESPN
  • Cigar Aficionado
  • Wine Spectator
  • The Economist - 1/2 yr
Take weekly survey at RewardSurvey (takes about 30 seconds).

This will give you $15 or $20 in "reward money" and can be redeemed for the above $10 & $20 level mags.
To get more reward money you can refer friends at $3 per friend's email address and up to 5 addresses per week.
There are other mags at the $30 & $50 level.

To get to the email referrer page:
If you go thru the magazine selection process (you don't have to select a mag) , at the end it should say'
'SPECIAL BONUS: Get $3 in Reward Points for recommending us to your friends. Recommend Reward Survey'

And the link takes you to where you can enter email addresses.
Here's the link - https://www.rewardsurvey.com/Survey/ReferAfriend
Updated above post to the current mags available at RewardSurvey - they added Forbes, according to an email I received today.

Oops! :o

I emailed them back with my USA addy! (which is actually my sister's)

I'm sure they will have something to complain about...
Here is their reply:

Hello,

You have used the Mercury $10 Appreciation code which is one per house hold, so you will not be able to get the 2nd order of *** magazine.

Sincerely,
Blue Dolphin Customer Support

At this point, I think I should be extremely grateful for everything they let slip through by stacking these codes!

I was really hoping The Hollywood Reporter would have slipped through as well, but after all this time,
they still have no record of it, and I'm done contacting them!... That was a waste of 10 codes :o

They just added The Saturday Evening Post to their list... I would have grabbed that one several times too!
