Open Yale Courses provides free and open access to a selection of introductory courses taught by distinguished teachers and scholars at Yale University.
The aim of the project is to expand access to educational materials for all who wish to learn.

MIT is offering free online course materials as well
ocw.mit.edu. There are other universities as well listed in Wikipedia under
OpenCourseWare.

I've been watching the Mit videos for 2 years now. They have been pretty good. I usually watch the physics and computer science section.
