PAYG users do have a client number, but I've confirmed the perk doesn't work for PAYG client/mobile number combinations (it gives the "wireless number and client number you entered do not match our records" error). (Just so happens that I'm on a plan, but the g/f is on prepaid, so my attempt to get a second freebie failed.)
