I placed 3 orders, redeemed the free coffee and after my next order the app is showing me correctly that I have 2 more to go for another free coffee.
Try closing your app (Force Close) and opening again, maybe!
Thanks, I am not sure why but I was trying to use the app on my android phone( an old acer), I put it on my iPhone and it worked fine. It must have kept track of my purchases because I got 2 free coffee in a row.

This is a completely different promotion to the use the app 3 times get a free coffee. I wish the Moderator had not merged the threads. Adds confusion for nothing. :(

So no French Vanilla?
Neither promotion includes French Vanilla.

As per the app:
Any size Original Blend, Dark Roast, Decaf or Iced Coffee.

This thread was erroneously merged with the one about buying Tim Hortons products in a grocery store to get a $10 Tim card. The mention of honey lemon tea was from that thread I think.

But I agree it’s annoying the app doesn’t show everything. Two of my go-to items (Bagel BELT and coconut donut) aren’t in the app. (Edit: found Bagel BELT just now but donut still missing)

Yes. Keep in mind there is no sales tax if you buy 6 donuts at a time.

A healthier alternative would be to order 3 espresso ($1.19 each). But then a double espresso might be a better value at $1.89 (higher in Fort McMurray and Yellowknife).

The customer needs training in this case. For ice coffee, they don’t add sugar because they use a “beverage base” that contains sugar. http://www.timhortons.com/ca/en/menu/nu ... llness.php
I don't think that's true because I live in GTA and I always order iced coffee with no sugar. It has creamy color (just looks like the regular iced coffee) but contains no sugar. So it really depends on the store you went to.

You’ve been misled by Tim Hortons. Also, a tad concerning you can’t taste 10g of glucose-fructose.

I don't drink or eat at Timmie's but unfortunately my new work place only has a Tim's in the cafeteria. I am confused as to why there are TWO apps for Android, the TimmyMe and the mobile order app. How do I use these? are they connected somehow?

The TimmyMe app is used to manage your gift cards. Particularly useful if your employer tries to motivate you with gift cards or if you have the CIBC DoubleDouble visa. The new Tim Hortons app is the one you want, as it allows you to pre-order and get the free coffee promo.
