superstore told me yes is free but seating fee apply, so i can't just take a pair for free

The website itself says that you don't actually need the certificate. Does anyone know of any places that don't charge a fitting fee? I've never tried contacts, but am thinking it might be worth getting a trial pair. Wal-Mart?
