Anyone grab the s10e? Curious of other people's battery life. I use my phone a lot. But my phone is at 97% within minutes of unplugging it in the morning. Settles down after that but I barely get a full work day out of a charge. From fully charged it usually estimates around 12h.

Try disabling adaptive battery and usage monitoring.

There's a bunch of other stuff you can do on a recent Android to extend battery life, if you don't need Google managing everything. Disabling background activity/data on all but your core messaging apps can make a big difference. Pare down app location permissions. Find-my-phone, auto-sync, WiFi/Bluetooth scanning..

Hard to find a store that has stock of the XR and willing to give out F&F code. Anyone have codes to share? PM me please. Thank you in advance if you do!

You should check Battery Usage in Settings->Device Care-Battery to see what your biggest power hogs are.

I’m on the old Virgin mobile TBay 6GB plan for $50, really debating on switching for the free XR and more data. I’ve been using a prepaid SIM from Freedom for a week and really haven’t had issues. I’m mostly in the GTA.
I had the same plan and the same debate, switched over and no regrets.

Currently i have $60 10GB and $50 5GB plan, both with F&F 25% off , if i upgrade to $75 20GB plan, does the 25% off still apply?

Is this limited by quantity? I know yesterday was only the first day of CNE and I've read another post saying that the lineup was crazy so will they still have any XR's by next week?

I would assume they only have so many iPhones that they carry. I doubt they would store them on site but you never know. It's been posted previously that if they run out you can get the handset at a local store/kiosk.

Did anyone went to their CNE booth? Were they able to offer the $15 discount there, without having to hunt for one of those discount codes? Thanks a lot!

At the CNE and PNE booths they will apply an 'event' $15 x 24 month discount to any new activation on a $60+ plan, no code required (they have them). That amounts to $360 over 2 years.
They will also add 3GB bonus to the $75+ plans. All SIMs at the exhibition are free.
You can activate your service there, and get a phone later at any of the stores.

They'll have 30-day 10GB trial SIMs, but really it's better to activate a regular plan for the $15/mo discount, you'll still have the 15-day remorse/trial period.

Your 25% F&F will convert to $15/mo.
So you'd end up with 2x $60/20GB.
And a couple new phones, gratis :)
