Freeze on Full Screen
With my new computer system:
AMD XM 2100+ 1.73GHz
512 RAM
80GB HD
Win XP Pro
I can not run any full screen games. When ever I try it will run for 3min, then freeze, and need a reset. What could be the problem? This happens with any game and is always around 3min.

Some things to try:
Monitor your temperatures (a program called speedfan works pretty well, but there are others). Watch for overheating.
Your Power supply might not be meeting your demands. Try to run a utility to monitor your voltages and see if they're within normal limits.
What video card are you running? Do you notice any artifacting or video problems before the freezing?

Im trying the SpeedFan program now. I have an adjustable fan so I can turn it up if I have too. What program would be good to monitor the voltage and PSU? The graphic card is an ATI AIW 9000 Pro. The only thing I notice is that the loading windows are in 16bit, not 32bit.

What do you mean by 'loading windows'?
Motherboard Monitor is probably the easiest program to monitor voltages, if you can get it to work with your motherboard.

As in when the game is starting I get a new window pop up with a status bar and the title of 'loading'.
