Freight and PDI

When negotiating for a new 2008 inventory clear out model has anyone been able to not pay the freight and PDI?

It kinda depends where you buy it from. I remember last winter Gm had no Freight& no pdi charge on the 07 clear out. Not sure about Honda ,Toyota or others. Just give it a shot at a dealer. Who knows you might just get lucky with no charges.

Don't get hung up on what column the discount is coming from. That said, the answer is usually "no".

I mean, look at 0% financing offers? Know any bank that will lend you money at 0%? Of course not. Car companies move numbers around all the time, to make the offer look better and sell more cars.

Worry about the total purchase price (before or after GST/PST). The rest will take care of itself.
