I think that was J-Town. It's a japanese super market, and they sell fresh Uni at Taro's fish.

I was just at Taro's yesterday. They sell UNI, $4.50 a piece. Very fresh.
It's on Sheppard - across from IKEA and Cdn tire.

If you go to York University, they harvest Sea Urchins in the Bio labs

You could probably take a few without anyone noticing
Eat one or two during a bio lab haha

I've tried the fresh Uni they get in at J-town - I'm not entirely sure how fresh they are, as the taste is slightly odd - It has a coppery finish which I'm not too fond of. Hey, it's uni, so I'll eat it anyway, but i'm just sayin'
. I don't think it's west coast uni (what I prefer), so that could be why.
