[Fresh Co] $2.97/lb boneless skinless fresh chicken breasts *GTA

Went to 3 different locations in the west side of the GTA, 3 breasts per tub, this stuff is going to fly off the shelves.

I just racked up 80lbs. Go now now now!

I eat 2lbs of chicken breast per day. This should last me 40days - but imma stretch it out to 50-70 days hopefully.
With almost more than enough kids to count on one hand, a dollar saved is a dollar earned!

I used to go to Wegman's in Niagara Falls NY, at $2/lb alas, stopped that due to time, gas, extra expenditures on frivolous BS (Walmart!!), exchange rate, and cause of the feeding practices of the US chickens (arsenic in feed).
Back then 80lbs was a joke, would bring back 150lbs plus.

I put up some pics.

What's the due date and when it was packaged? A friend of mine once bought meat that was deeply discounted from a "non-big chain grocery store" that had overlapping sticker with different due dates. One was expired and the one covering it wasn't. No harm came out of it since he is still alive today. May be long term health will be affected but we will never be able to pin point it back to expired meat eaten 20 yrs ago.

Oh yeah, I loves me my chicken - I can relate, I do not eat any dark meat (well try not to but $$ hehe) - A breast each in lunch and dinner - Would last me a while ! Will try to PM if it is GTA only.

Yeah I am around 6 chicken breasts per day (20oz per meal - times 2 meals a day)

TBH I didnt bother checking, it's Freshco vs a 'non-big chain'.

same here, I cant buy chicken at 7 bucks a lb - I literally blow my budget.
I'm having the itch to hit up Freshco even only if a 5 pack limit.

Lol, Chicken has been on sale since the Lenten season began but this is the best price so far for skinless boneless.

Too bad I don't shop Freshco much because of too many price discrepancies in the past.

I never buy meats there either as the meats usually look old and nasty.
