Elbows out for the soft drinks. I like how they play around with the volume. It used to be a round 750 ml.

Isn't there a user here who has "710ml" as a name? It's been 710 ml for a looong time.

Diabetes, here I come!

P.S. How is this trash (coca cola) a hot deal even if it was 1 cent a bottle?

I don't think it was ever 750ml. It's 710ml because that is 24 oz.

I also have no memory of a 750mL bottle either but I thought it was 710ml 'cause it's twice the volume of the typical can 355mL

Some googling show some 750mL glass bottles of private label soda and an antique 750mL Coke bottle

OP, you should add $2 for black diamond process cheese food (possible price match with food basics at $1.97), $2 stampede hotdog (900g), $1 celery and kale, $1.50 for Diana rib chicken and rib sauce. These are a few additional notables I found in the Freshco flyer this week.

I remember 750ml returnable glass bottles, they were the thing before the 2L plastic bottles. I remember my dad buying them and returning them to the grocery store when I was a small child.

750mL used to be the glass bottles. These 710mL things are relatively new in the grand scheme of things. I don't think that they were around 20 years ago.

hear hear

I don't understand why the "healthy foods" police has to come to every deals thread to bash the product. It's either a good price based on market value or it's not. Debate the health benefits of the food in the food and drink forum.

Hmm, the pizza-size Giuseppe Garlic fingers with cheese for $2 looks interesting too.
