Front driver's side tire make "flapping" noise during right sharp turns.

Just first noticed this today and wondered if someone could enlighten me, map included for what I would consider a sharp turn.

Was headed to my brothers, upon entering a half round about I could hear a strange noise first assuming it was someone doing yardwork, decided to turn down the radio for the next sharp turn and could hear it much clearer, its not extremely rapid but a decent pace. My neighbor who is a mechanic said its probably a rock stuck between the wheel/hubcap but I'm not sure that's why I'm posting this!

Vehicle information

2007 Chevrolet Impala
36,000 KM
Original Brakes / Tires
Steel rim with hubcap.

Pardon my MS Paint skills.

Had an '04 Impala, and one of the crappy oem tires failed, and the dealer replaced two under warranty. Was making sort of a whuffling sound at the time.

Check for rocks, but if it persists, take it to the dealer.
Whenever someone asks a question that starts with "Why do they..." or "Why don't they...", the answer is always a) money, b) stupidity, or c) both.
