That's an excellent price for a good film camera.

I'd take it if I didn't already have too much equipment. Note, the lense alone is worth about $90 used plus taxes at henry's, and about 1.5x that if it's a D rather than a G lense. The body is worth over $100 in crap contiditon, twice that if it's mint.
