Selling my bike, gotta move to something biger and better

1999 Yamaha R1
65,xxx km's
Mich. Pilot Powers (this season (1.5 months old) (120/190)
Vortex Front/Rear Sprockets (this season, 2 weeks old)
RK Gold Chain (this season, 2 weeks old, 520 conversion)
New Front Pads (EBC HH, waiting to be put on)
R(epaired)/Replaced (used) Rear Caliper (old one was leaking, purchased but waiting for it to arrive)
Hindle Pipe
Tinted windscreen.
All black paint/fairings (few chips/scrapes here and there)

Details:
Minor Aesthetic issues, scuffs, scratches. No cracks, Dents.
Low beams are intermittent....wiring issue.
Missing Tank Fairings (see pic; i never got them with the bike)

Engine is gold! pulls strong and hard....to redline.
Oil changed every 3000km. (last change, yesterday)
Doesnt need anything to certify.
Maintained and Worked on by SnL Motorsports in Mississauga.
