FOR $700
Built by yourself is better
Let see
- monitor ($200)
- cpu ($200)
- ram ($50)
- dvd+rw ($35)
- hard drive ($100)
- windows vista ($100) - can be free if you know what I mean
- the rest of the system are not good
Not super cheap.

If you want a basic run of the mill computer with little to no upgrade-ability and will be using for just work, surfing, email etc then it's not a bad deal. With that said trinh is right you can do better if you want take the time to build a system for yourself.
My friend used 4 of these as a rendering farm for over a month, they were quiet, and preformed well. In the end for a basic computer you can't ask for much more._______________

MEMORY Help
Hello Hounddog,
I purchased this pC brand new as well in 2008-2009. Though there are 2 installed rams of one gig each, pc only registers as one gb ram. Both sticks are factory installed installed & checked to be ok.
There is no option in bios to configure memory
Do you know anything about it ??
