Thats a bit much for the 7800GS, a video card thats on par with ATI X850XT PE that could be bought for half of what you are asking.

2. this is AGP, the next best thing you can get for this format is ati's x700 for $300 which is complete garbage.

1. People run their 850xt at 580mhz core... whats your point.
2. 850XT PE is ATI's best AGP card.
there is tons of comparisons on the net. The point is, your $300 asking price is a ripoff by a large margin. Just letting potential buyers be aware.

Look, even at 480mhz it smokes the x850 overclocked to 526mhz. Mine is running at 550mhz with no problems at all, god knows how much more it would embarass this card. ATI's doesnt even support HDR and Shader models 3.0 which is used in new games, thats right a score of 0!!

You are comparing an XT model, not PE (platinum edition) which runs at 540mhz stock. Those overclock to 570-580mhz on avg which will beat your card. You are right about shader model 3.0. Still that card is not worth your $300 asking price.
Free bump, you're welcome.
