The guys at head office would probably honour it if they get round to reading our complaints on their forum/twitter, it's just that many stores are obstinate (especially Customer "Service") and refuse to do anything without updates in their plays from head office.

Leaving their deals on the website probably also works - at least for the T1/T2, the $10 coupon will be harder.

Did a T2 for far cry 3 today so it's still good at some future shops. That new list + clearance bin at london drugs was a savior Paid 22.40 after tax

I was able to do the T2 for Far Cry 3 last night. I traded in Driver San Francisco and Soul Caliber V. The CSR was very efficient actually, took like 5 minutes overall. 47.79 on the house account!

I traded a Driver San Francisco and Sleeping Dogs for FarCry 3 today, took about 10 minutes no hassle. I was worried they might say something as Driver is listed as Best Buy version but either the guy didn't notice or didn't care.

I asked about The Walking Dead and he said they might not get any at all tomorrow, I hope there's no problem with it while the trade promo is still up.

I can do *slightly better*! I got FC3 for $4.00 trade-in credit and $63.79 on the house account!
