ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe Motherboard & Intel Pentium 4 3.0E GHz (Prescott)CPU. Board has most of the retail stuff SATA cables and such. I am also including a Thermalright XP-90, with a SilenX 92mm Fan.

wow... I want this. I found some sucker to buy my 2.4C and P4P800-E Deluxe for $350. This would be a nice upgrade

lol I'm telling myself I don't need it. And when that doesn't work, I get my girlfriend to tell me I don't need it. My A64 rig is getting lonely b/c I've been using the P4 all the time since I got it for cheap.
