Very hot price for something with dedicated fax and copier, and can use high capacity black cart (56). Color and photo printing can be pretty expensive tho.
Costco had it on for $124.99 a couple of weeks ago, very popular.

Okay, so I'm being penny-pinching here, but you could PM Staples:
http://www.staples.ca/ENG/Catalog/ca...AffixedCode=WW <- $144
$143.99 - (143.99-99.99)*0.10 = $95.59 - $2 coupon = $93.59
Basically save slightly more than the GST

Sep 13th, 2006 06:28 PM #9It has a fax modem. According to Staples page, it includes the phone cord, and according HP it has a built-in 33.6k fax modem: http://shopping.hp.ca/cStoreCA/BaseD...BEId=5&Lang=EN

Sep 13th, 2006 06:39 PM #10I don't think all HP cartridges are chipped are they? And wasn't HP sued for this practice?

Actually, it's much more likely that the ink dried up (or at least the nozzle is clogged with dry ink).
