Really? I was told by the CSR at pre-order that a steelbook was for all pre-orders.

FS gaming CSRs don't have a clue what they're talking about, for the most part. :P

If it's not written on the pre-order card you got, then chances are there isn't one. If you PO'ed online, they no longer give out steelbooks with those anymore anyhow.

I had this exact problem and because the upcs are different they wouldn't take it. Pulled a devilzzz and bought a copy from within fs and instantly traded it in. Manager was ok because of the situation tho, explained I needed a second game so they'd take my first

Dunno but went at Anjou during lunch and it took the CSR 2 minutes or so. Best CSR ever ...she didnt even asked me anything. I just said i want to do T2 for 60$ gift card.

That is when you get lucky. Sometimes the CSR is a real d*ck and starts to make judgement about what type of games you are trying to trade in.

Pass by today traded in COD MW2, MW3, GR Future Soldier, Dark Souls, RE Operation RC, Batman AC at Brampton Best Buy, so online list is still valid. Great way to get rid of the game buildup I had.

I just printed out a cover with the generic copy's UPC to avoid the hassle and it scanned in fine. I've done it before, but just figured BB would actually have FS' version in their system like FS has BB exclusive versions in theirs.

fs list changed mid day, dun bank on somethign like that, list could change or get updated at any moment.
