now this is a treat! lot's of hdd space & has enough cpu to play the classics like Doom, Descent, or Leisure Suit Larry. back in school i told all my friends i'd buy this with my paycheque (after reading about it in a magazine). sadly i couldn't afford it :(

definitely a very cool laptop.

i have one of this for the last 10 years =) upgraded to 32mb, 12gb hdd, overclocked to 100mhz (you have to snip one pin off the clock generator)...

had it running Win98, WinME, and even Win2000 (yes it is doable, slow boot, but after that it's alright) installed WinXP, but it doesn't work too good, no videocard support if i remember correctly... currently I have it running the latest version of DamnSmallLinux (in fact, two days ago)... even got sound and wireless to work... planning on using it for wardriving :cheesygri
