and all this time I have been subjecting my beloved electronics to 'dirty' power in my house?! But this little thing will clean it for me? I ordered 10 of these to daisy chain so if I plug stuff into the last one I can be sure my power isn't dirty.
but seriously, wtf? this us rfd, not gulible consumer form, haha_______________
Can I haz prise ERRER?!?!

As already mentioned it's worth $10. It's a power bar that's all, the whole cleanpower gimmick is BS. Monster products are over priced as hell and useless.

stop making fun. monster green power uses a special microfibre filter in their wires. You don't need to daisy chain them, just make sure you replace the filter once every 6 weeks. The filters from monster are expensive, I think they retail for $60 per filter, but I heard wrapping a damp rag around the outlet is just as effective. If the rag dries out, just pour more water on it.

How does "GreenPower outlet control to conserve power and save money on units not required to be on at all times."?
Does it shut down electricity to devices which are not on?
How much power does this really save?

Usually you have your master plug and when that device is powered down then it shuts relays off to the rest of the devices connected to the bar. This qualifies as "green" I guess?.... And their "clean" power is probably just a capacitor or two in parallel with power in.
Monster has more money into stupid gimmicks and advertising which they try to use to trick gullible customers into their 300% markups. Quality wise the product isn't too bad actually. Decent connectors on their cables and power bars, but definitely not worth even a quarter of their MSRPs. I have a few monster cables and a power bar in my main entertainment setup but I paid close to nothing for it all.
