FS Polk Audio RTIA9 $699 PAIR
Was at the new South Edmonton Common Future Shop, and they had an unadvertised deal for black RTIA9's for $699 a PAIR. These speakers usually go for $999 at futureshop, and $850USD online for SINGLES
The futureshop sign did say "save $1300"
So if you're in the market for medium - high end speakers check it out. I am not 100% sure if this deal is only for their grand opening weekend, which is over now... (sorry i didnt post this earlier, although i did only find out about this late tonight)
But for $700 this is a steal.
Heres the link to the "cherry" ones same thing just diff color

crisp highs and lows, good bass punch too even without a sub.
its one of polks higher end floor standing models without a built in sub.

That is an extremely hot deal for the folk in the area. Anybody else seen this at their local store?

None at the Dixie/Dundas location in Mississauga.
Does any FS in Toronto have them?

I think this is a dead deal... probably only the Edmonton location. I just called my local FS in Brampton and the guy said there's no instore special's on them... he said he could sell me '1' for $699 but not the pair, lol
I love FS... he knocks $300 just for me asking

Can you scan your receipt so as to help the rest of us?
Thanks.

Got one of the last pairs and was able to get the $50 off coupon as well as 20% off for friends and family sale last night. Still cannot believe i got a pair off these RTI A9's for $510 +tax.

Yeah you can still get a least $50 off cause they have an in store coupon at that location only that started yesterday. Its good till the 20th or something. You can go to customer service and get them to do the adjustment for another $50 off to make it $649.99. You never know they may have another friends and family sale before Christmas. You have 30 days so. Keep your eyes open. All speakers where an additional %20 off.

Great example of price anchoring.. But the good side of it, where you end up not buying something
