FS: Samsung Washer & Dryer w/ VRT (xx337xx) $1980
Future Shop has the Samsung Front-Load Laundry Pair consisting of the WF337AA* washer and DV337AE* dryer for $2199.97.
In their spring appliance catalogue, you can save an additional 10% off bringing price down to $1,979.97 by using coupon code Appl0409998640509998. Offer expires May 28, 2009.
In Ontario, the washer is supposed to be PST exempt but FS online adds taxes on the full amount. Not sure if you can call in or go to the store to see if they can break out the pricing so that you don't get charged PST on the washer.
I printed off the items off FS and took them to Sears for a PM. This weekend, if you have a Sears card, it's free delivery and double Sears points. If you choose to defer, you can still get the Sears points as well (usually it's one or the other). The salesperson took all the info down and will ring up my purchase this Friday so I can get the free delivery and double points.

Price match this at Lowes and you will get 10% lower price. Lowes shipping is $65-$75 thought. I ended up getting this exact set for ~$1600 after all my PMing escapades.

I bought a different samsung washer/dryer combo from FS online last year.
The system charges PST (inspite of the washer being energy star certified), but after I emailed FS, they refunded the PST.

I have had this set for almost a year, they're great machines. No problems. Lint in the dryer tends to build up a little beyond the mesh filter but it doesn't affect performance.
Sensordry works well on all articles of clothing, blankets and comfortors requies a manual set timed dry.

I would be interested in knowing where to get the gas dryer too - can you get a laundry pair where the dryer is gas?
(BTW, the model number for the corresponding gas dryer is DV337AG.)
