I'm currently using this in my house right now, but want to get rid of it as I have another one and no one uses this one anyways.

The box is practically brand new, never used to record any shows the the hard drive is still a virgin in that way.

I only have the cable box, the remote it came with, and the power cable. Component or Composite Cables you'll have to get yourself.

The box is not stolen and the serial no. is currently registered to me. When I get payment, I will transfer the Rogers Box ownership over the phone through rogers at the same time.
