This device allows you to make local and long-distance telephone calls through your high-speed Internet connection with a regular telephone handset. You can also forward incoming VoIP calls to a cell phone or place calls over the Internet from a cell phone.

The SPA-3000 is compatible with free SIP-based VoIP services such as VoIPBuster, VoIPStunt and SIPPhone - but not Skype.
