FS/Trade: 2002 Acura RSX Type-S (6 speed MT) $1500 OBO - Selling as is

Looking to sell my 2002 Acura RSX Type-S, details below. I have no problems with test drives or coming to see the vehicle.
Located downtown King and Bathurst, but will travel if buyer is serious.

Full disclosure, I'm listing all the deficiencies as well as notable fixes as I'm selling it AS IS. Let's talk if you're interested, I know there are a lot of deficiencies.
The car drives like a champ and is still quick and pulls nicely.

Price: $1500
Year: 2002
Model: Acura RSX Type-S (200hp, 142 torque)
Mileage: 260,000km
Colour: Arctic Blue Pearl
Transmission: Manual transmission 6 Speed
Exterior:
  • Full Acura OEM US Spec body kit (Front Lip, Side skirts, Rear Skirt, purchased from dealer)
  • Fog Lights
  • OEM RSX winter mats (purchased from dealer)
  • OEM plastic Trunk Tray (purchased from dealer)
  • OEM trunk net (purchased from dealer)

Ownership
  • transmission and engine is still going strong, this car is a tank...original engine/transmission/clutch, no problems whatsoever)
  • daily driver for about 16 years
  • purchased it brand new in 2002, I'm the original owner
  • car has been filled with Premium 91 octane gas since I picked it up
  • All recommended services done for the first 5 years of it's life
  • oil changes every 5,000km (Acura suggests 8,000km so always done early)
  • car waxed every month for the first 5 years of it's life
  • have all service records for the first 5 years of it's life
  • one accident about 13 years ago, bumper was replaced, drivers side light, front lip and windshield washer bottle
  • Gunmetal wheels have NEVER been curb rashed

Notables/Fixes
  • trunk just repaired last summer, before wouldn't open due to latch mechanism broken
  • trunk struts replaced last year to fix trunk not staying up
  • New all season tires last summer on steel wheels - General Altimax (made by Continental, rated very well), about 80% tread left
  • Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Performance summer tires on OEM RSX Type-S gunmetal wheels (1 summer left, about 20% tread)
  • All sparkplugs replaced at 200k
  • New struts about 5 years ago
  • New brakes about 3 years ago
  • New rad about 2 years ago

Deficiencies
  • Rust - very apparent on passenger rear well, also starting on driver's side
  • Both Fog Light lenses are broken (due to stones)
  • Front bumper has a 3 inch gash in the plastic (some D-bag backed up into the car with a trailer hitch in a parking lot and ran away)
  • DRL do not work, need to turn on lights
  • SRS lights are on (not sure if it's the airbags or if it's just the lights)
  • Fan no longer blows (it gets cold and defrost doesn't work because of it) - heat is working fine as you can run on the highway and feel the heat, fan just doesn't blow
  • Air conditioner (hole in compressor) does not work anymore and even if it did, the fan doesn't blow
  • Used to have Acura OEM rear High spoiler - removed it as I I'm getting old and now there are 4 silver screws in the trunk where the holes were (does not come with car)
  • OEM fabric passenger mat has a large grey melt spot, accidentally spilled battery acid on it
  • OEM fabric drivers mat has a hole in it from my heel from manual transmission
  • Fob door access no longer works reliably, need to unlock doors with key
If you have any questions or want more pics, let me know.
