Bought one last night at 69.99. Just sent request for 2 for in store pickup. I need them, so this is a good deal.... Will return or do pm for the one I bought last night.

Gonna get a price adjustment for the one I bought at ME last week. This should bring the price down to $49.59!!

how is this hoarding? hoarding is when you buy an unreasonable or excessive amount of units on one deal usually for the purpose or reselling and profiting. I'm buying one.
I have two 3.5" externals from 2007 and 2009. Neither of which have USB 3.0, and require an AC adapter.
some rfd'ers these days have this ridiculous sense of self-entitlement.

I think what he's referring to are the people that do actually hoard, not you specifically that buy for personal use.

The Futureshop/BB reservation system is quite unreliable. Half the time I reserve something, I get the "sorry, but we're unable to complete your reservation". This time I reserved at 2 stores just to make sure I got it. So far, 1 got cancelled, and the other is a no-show (still no email after 2 hours). So I reserve at a third store, and that one came through right away but it's a long drive.
edit: the second email came and it wasn't fulfilled. I'm glad I made the third reservation even though it's a bit of a drive out of my way
