FT/FS: my 2001 Prelude for Civic/Corolla/Sentra

I have a 2001 Milano Red Prelude SE
-Powertrain Warrantly until 2006, and maybe longer (it was Acura/Honda certified gold used vehicle back in May'04)
-5 speed
-103,000 km
-Fully loaded, sunroof
-Black leather
-OEM Skirt package, spoiler, carbon fiber accents (all standard for SE)
-Clifford alarm/Keyless
-Full service records from Honda (from me) and Mr lube (from previous owner)

Extra's currently has:
-18 inch Bronze ADR CYPHER rims on Kumho 215/18/35
-Apex WS2 catback exhaust
-AEM CAI RED
-one set of Dunlop Graspic DS2 on 15" steelies used only last winter

the pictures have H&R race springs (lowered 2") which have been removed and returned to stock

What I'm looking to trade for is a daily driver for my parents:
-has to be automatic transmission
-ideally a '03 or newer Acura 1.7 EL
-'03 or newer civic, corolla, sentra may be considered, as well as other Japanese cars such as Accords/Camrys
-average to low km's (~20k kms/yr or less would be good)
-no accidents
-must have A/C, pw, pdl
-can range from straight trade (for a recent and very good condition car) to a trade of your car + cash (slightly older car)
-the extra's can be negotiated in the deal

-my car is owned by me, so for a trade for your vehicle you must own your vehicle
-if straight purchase, then asking price of $17k
