97W is globecast. Do check their site and check if its FTA or encrypted.

if it's encrypted or scrambled, you wont be able to watch it. if it's unencrypted you will be able to watch it

How do I tell? Btw.. this is not a new receiver nor a new setting.. It is just that, my favorite channel (VTV4) decided to change the freq slightly.. and I did not know what that mean.. So i turned the dish around, now I do not know how to get it back.. It was working fine, just not that channel.. Now nothing works.. The reciever still work because I brought it to a friend with the same system to try it out with his dish..

encrypted channels cannot be received unless you subscribe to the service.
VTV4 is unencrypted so you can get it. One thing with FTA dishes is that you need a minimum 75cm dish, (1 meter recommended).

To aim the satellite dish, i tend to move the dish untill the signal strength goes up. Do a blind scan (not sure if your receiver supports this). Blind scan will then show which channels are on that satellite so compare it to those on the link below. Then adjust and repeat. Eventually you'll narrow in on the right satellite. If your receiver doesn't have a scan option then manually enter the channel info below and adjust from there. It is much easier to do if you have a satellite finder (SF-95).
I find Lyngsat outdated and use: http://www.global-cm.net/MPEGlistKuBandUS.html they tend to update all FTA channels monthly.
