Funny video from guy using those "Powerball" things that NCIX sells:
NCIX sells those ergonomic Powerballs, I guess they're for strength training, but this guy look like he's practicing for something else, and he's gonna get good at it......

Akis is the man.
You have no clue how hard it is to get those going any faster then ~12,500rpm.
My record is at 13,004 - and I've only got near it one time. Akis is somewhere around 16,000.
Powerballs are wicked fun
Although I admit you look like a goof when going for speed.

Haha, I was thinking of getting 1..but man..after seeing that vid..I dont think so haha.. would be good competition against friends..but..that..jus..doesnt look right..now..
