I already did one earlier with my friends. one person 1 roll of toilet paper :S. Another person got a pack of exlax and a guide of where to pee in the city.

the best gift was a bottle of wine, and a pack of cheese strings.

I bought a 12 pack of Mister Noodles, which I would say was the 2nd best gift.

I wound up getting a pack of birthday candles.

Toilet paper actually crossed my mind, only if I could find one of those gigantic 5-pound rolls that they use in the mall washroom. So far, no dice. I'll have to think of something else.

Bird Seed Feeder: Wal-Mart, Costco, Canadian Tire, etc sells Bird Seed Feeders. It's definitely a gag gift, but you're helping bring some joy to some little birds.

That's actually a good gift idea- especially for people who live in houses.

Nice. It wasn't a White Elephant but a Secret Santa couple of years ago... One of the guys got a box of penis-shaped pasta to a female colleague. It was a great laugh
