[Future Shop] Future Shop LG appliances sale, web error get an additional 10% off the flyer
I also price matched at Sears and got 10% off the difference in price. I purchased an LG 2301 Washer (4.2 cu. ft.) & Dryer (7.3 cu. ft.) for $1403.

Ok, this is what I don't understand. If you have a price match policy and if you sell the same product then you price match it, no exceptions.CarCar1979 wrote: ↑Jul 12th, 2010 9:41 amI called Sears to price match the 2901 LG washing machine and dryer but the guy said he couldn't do it because Future Shop ordered like, 10,000 of them had had a special price from the manufacturer because they bought in bulk. Or some bull**** story like that.
I got put off by that, might just buy directly from Future Shop...

At Sears they call it a a Price Match Guarantee. That's a guarantee. Though it does says you must request it in person.

I took I print out of the Future Shop product page with the color I wanted and a print out of the price, after I added it to the shopping cart. I had no problem getting 10% of the difference.
I'd go back because the price at Future Shop for your model is $2025 and Sears is $2800, a difference of $775 before taxes. That's an extra $77, that'll cover the cost of delivery.
Here is the link to their Price Match Guarantee.

I recommend printing out the policy and bringing it with you to show, along with the futureshop printout of the reduced price. Then, get the store manager if you don't get anywhere.

Every appliance is now made by LG, no matter the brand. Seriously. LG makes every part for OEMs. It's scary, actually.
