All other expenses such any lifestyle gear, any accessories, individual motorcycle insurance and vehicle licensing fees which are not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
The Prize is subject to the following restrictions:
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash;
The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold; and.
Future Shop, Universal Studios Home Entertainment LLC and Vespa reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equivalent retail value in the event a prize is not reasonably available at their discretion.
