futureshop.ca search results hell...

For YEARS I've been getting this error from their site. They never thought to look into it and fix it. Most of the time when I search for something I get the following response:

We were unable to find exact matches for your search:" "
Please try your search again...

There's nothing between the quotes " ". It's blank.

Search for the work "clock" and see what you get.


UPDATE: Seems to be a hit and miss issue... The have many people complaining that it doesn't work and they've done nothing to fix it.

I get this:

Everything I search for comes up blank!

They are certainly not like a lot of sites that say "Did you mean ____?" and give you results anyways.
That's better business as you may buy something you weren't originally looking for.

You used to be able to search "Paris Hilton isn't a whxxx"
