TVCenter doesn't sell BNIB, its a refurb and the warranty they offer is their own no manufacturer and they charge taxes.
Here is the TV they posted on kijiji .. whatever posted on kijiji they will tax you ontop of it (emailed them and inquired before).

Most of the ads on Kijiji are from private sellers.

I have dealt with dozens of business on Kijiji and all brick and mortar business charge tax... if tax was included i am sure they would mention it since it makes their product cheaper.
