However I did not find the styles GAP worthy. Looks more like an Old Navy store

There is a Gap Generation store in CrossIron Mills. The fine print does say "any Gap Factory Store or The Gap Generation Store"

Just came back from the Gap Factory Store at Vaughan Mills. Nothing too excited about. There were hardly any men's dress shirts there. And jeans didn't seem to be on sale.
The hooded Gap sweaters were 60% off, after the discount it ended up being $14, so I got one._______________

Vaughan Mills is the only GAP Factory Store in the GTA.
And the stuff there is terrible, I'm a loyal GAP shopper and I never go to there (actually, Vaughan Mills in general) unless I want defective/poorly-made items comparable to Old Navy but at higher prices.
A $14 GAP hoodie is a great price, but don't expect typical GAP quality.

I was just there briefly, there was hardly any men's clothes. Seemed like the only thing 60% off was hoodies though.
Is this store mostly just selling older items? Or do they have a separate line of crappier stuff? I haven't been to Vaughan Mills in awhile, and it probably opened in the last year or so._______________

Went today and got my baby girl a winter coat for 60% off. Not much else really good. There was 30% off clearance but that sale has been in effect prior to today. I think Gap makes a separate line of clothes for their outlet. Not as good quality. Cheap though when discounted, good for babies and kids that outgrow their clothing quickly!

Generally speaking, it's a mix of old stuff and new stuff. There were some sweaters and cardigans that I saw last winter that are in there right now, but there are also various things that appear to be made for the outlet only. Maybe there's a way of looking at the label to differentiate, because I know that they look different.
I tried to find the difference between "Outlet" and "Generation". From what I've read, the outlets are transitioning into "The Gap Generation" because the new name reflects the fact that it's not necessarily an outlet. (However, if was to be strictly enforced, then why are they still opening stores under the Outlet name??)

Sorry for the delayed reply, have a lot of essays to write! But SKS took care of the response.
The apparel is exactly what you'd see in an American Gap if you turned back time to a few seasons previous. (Check the tags and you'll notice that most items aren't bilingual -- nor do they offer XS.) Any new stuff they would have is basically new cuts out of old fabric, since I have managed to see underwear from retail stores re-incarnated a year or two later into dress shirts, or vice versa.
So it's not that Gap has created a separate line just for Outlets (I have zero knowledge on Generations), but that they've just brought out their old overstocked items at a slightly cheaper price. I wouldn't doubt that they've mixed in stock that failed quality control inspections, though, because the Gap socks I purchased from VM couldn't last a year without ripping holes, while socks purchased from a retail store have lasted me almost three -- their socks aren't popular for nothing!
