I received a call on July 7th saying that I was the potential winner. After correctly answering the skill testing question by phone, I received the forms via email. I signed and returned them via email..on July 10th.
I asked for a read receipt but never did get one...no biggie..sometimes people will not acknowledge them.
I saved all of the forms on my computer.
Fast forward to current day..I still have not received the gas card, and I don't have the saved forms, nor the email addy I sent them to because my PC died and is scrap.
I 'did' save the phone number, so I called and left a message last night, explaining that I never did receive my prize.
I received a call from a 'Jennifer' today. She was very friendly and helpful. She said the people who were looking after the contest is no longer with the company and she has been asked to look after it.
She said she has to send me the release forms and I have to sign them and return them.......................again.
I think this may be the last Hershey's contest for me.
The last time I won with Hersheys it was the win a prize an hour conest (i forget the name of it) and I won a wireless/mouse combo and it took freaking forever to arrive. I had to call them also to get it, but didn't have to resubmit any forms.
Hershey should get their act together and hire a 'COMPETENT' company to look after their contests....sheesh!!!!!
