Just got my Mi A1 delivered. Ordered through Geekbuying with free shipping which shipped on 03/11/2017 and received on 24/11/2017. Exactly 3 weeks which is really good from China.

There is a $20 off $200 coupon "GEEKBUY20". Brings the 4-64GB down to $189.99 USD.

Anyone know of a radio app that works with this phone? NextRadio doesn't detect the FM chip.

An earlier version of this article incorrectly described a behavior of crows exposed to crow corpses. Live crows only touch, attack and attempt intercourse with crow corpses, they do not scavenge them. (Actual NYT correction)

I see the 4/64 listed at 219.99 US, minus the $20 code $199, how are you guys getting $189.99?

Thanks

Phone stuck at clearance event, further clearance processing is required from DHL -_- after waiting 9 days for them to ship it, it's now stuck at customs, holy moly this is taking forver.

Yes, I saw it today. Planning to buy two phones from geekbuying. Will customs be lower if I order and ship them separately or is it better to ship as one?
Actually if you are going DHL you will get charged for brookerage on per package bases (about $17) so if its better to consolidate everything in a single package. If you will go with free shipping (usually EMS) its better to keep them separate hoping they would go unnoticed.
Anyone know what "drop shipping" is for?
Someone who already sold the phones to others and want GB to ship it to them using "his/her mailing info" as the sender.
Is HK DHL Express the best shipping option to choose?
Yup, usually takes couple of days (at least I was lucky with DHL, even in busy seasons).
And did anyone get the shipping insurance?
Its couple of dollars so wasn't a big deal for a $200 shipment (worth it cast something happens, since they will replace/refund without making you wait for the courier claim to settle).

If there is no value on the package it wont pass "courier" clearance.
Amazon (US) once sent me a replacement order and declared it as "0" (being replacement), and it got refused at the borders (FedEx was doing the custom clearance IIRC).

??
That's not an app.
Spirit 2, though it's not cheap, and it requires root.

I think it has value as I paid DHL 27$ for customs and taxes

So you paid "before" it cleared customs ?!
I got a text from DHL to pay the waybill as custom clearance fee of $27.14 so I paid it... This was yesterday, today it says clearance delay in Ontario..

How do you get the price to $209.99 USD first?

Thanks, I saw that too. I'm not willing to root so I guess no FM radio for me.
