Get all 4 from Rogers good deal or not?

a friend just sent me this link Get All 4...

I want to see if anyone thinks it's a hot deal.. I think it's mild and probably good for someone who needs all their services at once and who are not heavy users of any of the services.

Digital Cable TV, basic cable probably starts around $28.99+TAX/month for a year

Cellphone Megatime $25+6.95+0.5+TAX / month

Highspeed Ultra-Lite $24.99+TAX / month (of course we all know you can get better deals for the non-Lite stuff, with price matching / other promotions for like $29.99-$34.95/month)... how slow is highspeed ultra-lite?

Rogers Home Phone $29.95+4.25+TAX /month 1 calling feature.

is this just basically the same kind of savings one would get in regular bundles (15%, two services or more)

all 4 price is $100 + 4.25 + 6.95 + 0.50 + TAX = $128.45

It looked good to me for a second, then NO NO NO
High Speed Lite = LOW Speed (DOUBLE the dial-up)
Not unlimited cell phone plan either
